Seriously, SMRT's service standard do not justify e transport fare tt we r all payin nw thou I m aware tt wadeva we r payin nw r peanuts. I noe I shldnt b bloggin abt such issue BUT TIS MORN'S INCIDENT PISSED ME OFF BADLY !!!
Tis morn I got outta hse as per normal like any other days. I hopped on to tis train abt abt 7.20am. In e course o tis travellin journey, e train broke down rite b4 it reaches Clementi Station !!!!!! Nvm, I tot tis disruption may only last for 10mins or so. I was so damn wrong. It stopped for abt 35mins !!!!! Wen it finally moved into Clementi station, commuters rushed into e train as if dere was some sales gg on and there were some aunties tt literally landed their body onto mine. I was squashed like a ball. Dang. Everybody was graspin for air to breathe too. And I seen few guys perspirin as if dey were drenched in e rain. zzzzz...
Guess wad, I tot service back to normal & I was so wrong all over agn. Train parked in Clementi Startion for another holly 7mins. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. At tis pt in time, I called back offc for 2nd time. I noe tt I b so dang late for wrk !!!!
Rite, movin off to e next station, e train stopped every few seconds interval. So can u imagine fr one stop to another, it took like 10mins or so ????? Tis went on fr Clementi till Redhill. *cries* The operator kept apologisin over e announcement service n seriously tt pissed me off further. SORRY NO CURE !!!!! I dun wan SORRY but REMEDY !!!!
Seriously, tis whole journey fr my hse to offc took abt almost 2hrs !!!! It's like travellin to offc n back hme. zzzzzzzzzzz. Wad can I say ??? Cant b help BUT I JUS DUN UNDERSTAND WHY TIS HAPPEN FREQUENTLY ???? So much for increasin our transport fees periodically for 'better changes tt were implemented', train service got disruption periodically. Everyone got affected - late for wrk in e midst o peak hours. hahahaha.
