Okay, tis mornin was bad. Train got delayed n i was late for wrk. NB.
Went breakfast wit Pak Cik n now i m in my cubicle doin wrk n bloggin away. Offc is quiet today. Most o my colleagues attended our workplan seminar.
Thou tt old woman isnt in offc, I was told off by someone tt i shld respect her, yet agn. Seriously, it actually encourages me to leave even stronger! I got nothin against tt comment tt i shld respect tt old woman more BUT it doesnt occur to e rest tt how much i disliked her style o wrkin patterns. I nv doubt tt she possess gud knowledge abt some o the job scope BUT tt dun give her a gud background to retard her current wrk process !!
Havin knowledge in one aspect is gud BUT it backfire wen she screwed her current wrk at e expenses o her team. WTF ! Yes, i admit tt i dun respect her COS I FEEL TT SHE DUN DESERVE it even thou i m reportin to her cos i jus feel tt she's incompetent.
Why do i say tt she's incompetent? Simple - I once assured her tt somethin is runnin fine n tt we can jus NFA it BUT SHE INSISTED TT I SHLD PROBE MORE INTO E ISSUE. I managed to get hold o more concrete evidences n gave it to her. She came back to me, tellin me tt she got second tot on how i can handle tt case. She lost. Cos i had alr told tt everythin was fine & made me squeezed e juices outta everyone. Tt was tirin. I know u pple mus b tinkin tt earlier on i did not do enuff & tt was bcos i couldnt find anythin on it & another personnel assured me tt it was fine.
Look, wen things had took plc, in our relevant aspect, it was fine & WHY do we haf to take much into considerations wen e rules n regulations R DEAD !! I m NOT tryin to be non-compliance but things always happen for some freakin reason.
Tis is one o e issue tt pissed me off badly & Yes, i can say tt I HATE HER. She's afraid o gettin troubles gg her way but it's part n passle o lives.
PC said mayb i m young n therefore i m able to learn things fast. Tt's not e pt. The pt is, she's still able to wrk & WHY CANT SHE OSO LEARN THINGS ON HER OWN ??? PC commented tt she's knowledgable & i had nv doubted her BUT SHE'S NO LONGER WRKIN IN HER PREVIOUS DEPT !!! SHE HAD MOVED ON !!! CANT SHE UNDERSTAND TIS SIMPLE FREAKIN LOGIC ?!?!?!?!?!!?!
All humans r equal in e wrkin society. Wen it comes to my job scope, it's a either yes or no. We go by e rules UNLESS it is believed to have dubious background. zzzzzz. I know i m ignorant n i duno alot o things in many aspects but wen it comes to wrk, basic rules RULE !!!! Thou some job requires specialised knowledge BUT din u know tt at e base o everything, anything, it's STILL GOVERN by the basic rules n logics ????????

I m makin myself far too miserable in tis plc. I shortchanged myself in every ways (yes, i m stubborn but i dun nid such personalities to bring me down). Since i cant handle her, i guess i shld jus move on. For e grass is always greener on e other side. Or mayb, afterall, i dun suits offc job. Or mayb PC is rite. I shld b humble n let tt old woman screw e hell outta me & DIE.
But den agn, i m someone WHO WILL NOT ALLOW AN INCOMPETENT person to step all over me.
