Car Dealers - PI / AD

This is my Tribute to those car dealers out dere whom i know, used to know, may get to know in times to come & those may got link to me thru some dealers.

Dealers, pls brush up ya soft skills & make a gud presentation to ur customers. PLEASE know your products well & ALWAYS TAKE PREVENTIVE measures !!!! I understand tt usually dealers wil have abt 4 calls to customer to inform abt COE biddin, bank loan, shipment & lastly, collection o their new precious car. WHY some dealers DO NOT possess e proper skill to handle their customers ??????!!!?!?!

Apparently, e one tt i m experiencin fr, gave me a fckin bad experience. Tt joker DO NOT KNOW HIS WRK AT ALL. First thing first, he wasnt sure o e colour code & he blamed it on e system tt e colour code was captured wrongly. I was so goddamn pissed. WHY?? WHY blame it on e system wen he SHLD B CONCENTRATIN ON resolvin e problem ?!?!?!?!?! WTF? Do i haf to settle for smthin less for his mistake?? I guess not! Nvm, I tot tt was rather distrastous alr. 2nd time he called, he informed tt e next shipment got new facelift model & dere will b a nid to top up cash as e price diff if we wan. WTF? The thing is, toppin up cash is a norm, yes i know, BUT y tt joker din know in advance on wad e next shipment will involve?!?!?!?! Instructions was given last week tt once the biddin start, dealer wil proceed on wit e biddin BUT WHY M I been asked if dey shld start biddin at e start today agn ??!?!?!?!??! Someone kill me ok ??

Now, my grievances against these dealers were tt y dun dey know their wrk ??? WHY does tt joker nid to call so many times & inform abt bad news ???? How do we, as consumer, react upon such news ?? We r gona pay some ten over thousands worth o cash & tis is e kinda service rendered to us?? WTF ???? Damn ridiculous!!! Things r simple on consumers' side - we go down see car & do test drive, if okay, we discuss further on e pricin, COE, insurance & road tax & of course e mode o payment. We sign a contract to bind our deal, our transaction. Subsequently dealer let us know e final bid o COE, bank loan approval & collection date o e car. WHY, JUS WHY dealer r so screwed up ??? Perhaps i got sky high expectations BUT for e fact tt it is a 5figure transaction, HOW CAN I NOT b 'fussy' abt it ?????? NB la. I dun understand y some pple JUS CANT FOLLOW E PROPER SALE PROCESS????? WTH !!!

Mayb i shld jus go n find e sales manager & do smthin abt it. It's reali very irritatin to encounter such nonsensical rubbish !!!

My last note to these jokers : Please wake up ya fckin idea cos u dun wan to b deem as fckers. Respect urself & respect others.
